URGENT: PROBLEM WITH VS.NET 2003

Dear All,

I need help with this problem ASAP. I formatted my PC and installed windows
XP and VS.Net 2003 Arch edition.

Whenever i try to add a form to any project (web, smartdevice, windows) or
even create a new project i get the following ERROR MESSAGE.

Microsoft Development Environment
---------------------------
VC Package not available or not registered
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
How can i fix that please? I need to get this issue resolved ASAP since i
have a project due this sunday and i had to reformat since my computer
failed.

Your help is really appreciated.
