URGENT-need menu bar back

Hi,
I've hide the menu bar and disabled close icon (X) and Close function in
right-click popup. I now have a table open, but couldn't close it nor switch
to other forms nor shut the database!

I've tried typing these in Immediate window, but didn't work..
1) RunCommand acCmdStartupProperties,
then hit enter, but "use Access special keys" is already checked.

2) Application.CommandBars("Menu bar").Enabled = True

Urgent help is needed. Thanks

I close the table now.

I clicked on the Database Window icon and it takes me back to database
window and resotres the table size, and the close icon becomes avaliable.
