URGENT! HOW TO SHARE FOLDERS BETWEEN MAC AND PC WITH SPECIFIED USER ACCESS

My client is using MAC G5 with OS10.3 and his secretary is using PC
Windows XP. He wants to share some folders and files between him and
his secretary only (not be able to access by other users in the
company). Is there anyone knows how to set it in MAC and how to view
it from PC?
