I am going to set a task to someone, but I don't want to show
"Accept""Tentative""Decline" in the task, how can I cancel it?
Thanks for your help in advance.
If you know how to do it, would you send a e-mail to tell me?
(e-mail address removed)
Thanks.

That's how it works when you assign a task....how do you want it to show up
for the recipient? You could use Forward (under the Actions menu when you
open the task)

Thanks.

Sorry, no email replies - ask in the group, read the answer in the group, so
everyone can benefit and people will know not to bother replying if someone
else already has. Also, note that posting your valid e-mail address in a
newsgroup post, or in your news account settings, is a surefire way to get
spam and SWEN and other viruses sent to you....see
http://www.mailmsg.com/SPAM_munging.htm for help in the future.

Thanks Lanwench!
What I want is : assign a task to somebody, but when I send a task to
someone, I don't want the " accept""tentative""decline" buttons show on the
header of the task.
I tried to use your way of forward, but the reminder can't work.
I don't want the button of "accept, tentative, decline", but I want the
reminder, so, how can I do? My boss needs me to do that, it's urgent. Thanks
for your great help.

You can't control whether someone else accepts a task. This isn't a
technical issue. And you can't have a reminder or anything if you assign a
task. It isn't yours anymore.
