Urgent: Help with Pivot Tables

How to avoid Zero Sum of Values being part of the pivot
table?

The field items does have data but the amounts cancel each
because they are equal and opposite.

What I want is not only to hide the zero values but not to
be included in the report. This is important because I
will be using this table in a vlooup function.

Please note that I am running Excel 2000.

I dont think it is possible to get a pivot table without
zero values in them. What you can do is remove the items
with zero value from the drop-down list, but this might be
a lot of work.
