I have a excel spreade sheet , of the weekly employee roster.

This roster is in IST (Indian Standard Time)

I want a formula that will complete the entire roster from IST to PS
(Pacific Standrd Time)

Need help !! urgen

1. In a separate cell, enter the time difference (eg 9:00:00)
2. Copy this cell
3. Select your time cells
4. Right Click, select Paste Special
5. Select the appropriate action (add or subtract), click OK.

Thanks for the help fred

Its working on some of the cells .. but not all
it giving #### in most of them

I basically need a macro that will autimatically convert the time. S
that instead of changing it maually it will do it automatically.

I've send the excel file as an attachment also

my time diffrence is 11:30 (subtract)

waiting..

Attachment filename: roster for week ending sep_05-2004-ver1[1].0.xl
Download attachment: http://www.excelforum.com/attachment.php?postid=66869

The #### means that the column is too narrow. Double-
click the right side of the column to auto-adjust the
column width to the largest entry and the #### should go
away.
