URGENT answer needed, Asus K8V motherboard!

Does anyone know the answer to this question?

I decided to upgrade, to an AMD64 cpu ... looking on
the ASUS site for a compatible motherboard, I saw the
K8V Deluxe and decided that would be the one. (In fact,
it is the only AMD64 motherboard on there) So, I went
ahead and ordered one from Newegg along with and AMD64.

Looking closely now, (after the order) I see that I had
ordered a plain Asus K8V (not DELUXE). In fact, according
to NewEggs web site, there is THREE K8V's .... the regular,
Deluxe, and the SE.

I dont mind the differences between the 3, as what the deluxe
has that the regular don't, I don't need anyways ... what
concerns me is that the other two are not listed on Asus's
website, only Deluxe .. and that makes me wonder if maybe they
have been cancelled or something, and thus, no future bios updates,
etc.

It is too late to change the order ...as it has already been shipped.
But, if this mobo has been cancelled or something, I'll just go
ahead and order a deluxe from somewhere, and write this one I
already odered off (as a 130 dollar mistake)

Like I said, I dont care about what the deluxe has that the plain doesn't,
3 IDE ports instead of 2, WIFI slot, and Firewire ports ...which are the
only differences I can see. But, does anyone know of anything else?

Thanks

I don't think you need to worry, as the plain K8V and the K8V SE (Second
Edition) Deluxe appear to be late additions to the Asus Athlon 64 line. It's
not unusual for a manufacturer's web site to be out of date when new
products are first out. Newegg has a reputation for getting and offering new
stuff before other 'etailers. IMHO, this is just a case of Newegg being
"firstest with the mostest".
To reinforce my theory, check this link found at the Asus Netherlands web
site:

http://www.asus.com/products/mb/socket754/k8vse-d/overview.htm

Looks like the SE has a wireless LAN connector.
I have an add-on question about the new boards. As the K8V SE Deluxe appears
(from the Newegg descriptions) to be replacement for the K8V Deluxe,
differing only in the chip used for the NIC, why is it $5 less than the
"old" model, or am I missing something?

I also found all three models on the Asus Netherlands motherboard list.

Looks like the SE has a wireless LAN connector. I have an add-on question
about the new boards. As the K8V SE Deluxe appears (from the Newegg
descriptions) to be replacement for the K8V Deluxe, differing only in the
chip used for the NIC,

That's the only difference I could see too. I did wonder if the AGP
frequency might be lockable, but I really don't know.
why is it $5 less than the "old" model, or am I
missing something?

Well the two actually use the same NIC chip. On the K8V Deluxe it is
sourced from 3Com, but in the Second Edition it is bought direct from
Marvell who actually make it. My guess is that this will make it quite
a bit cheaper.
