upside down display

My screen display is rotated 180 degrees and I can't figure out how to rotate it back. I have tried to go to control panel and monitor but can't seem to find any menu option for rotation. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

If it is a Dell, try Ctrl + Alt + one of the arrow keys.

If you are using a newer ATI card, then right mouse the ATI icon in the tray
and select rotation, then select 0 degrees, not 180 degrees for an
additional 180 degree rotation.

changing windows xp location

Hi everybody I got a question for you guys it's about windows xp. I'm moving soon to another country. Im taking my computer with me, but people is telling me that my computer wont work in any other country and that I need to change the settings is it true? and one more question how do I change the language in my computer I want every thing to diplay in spanish?
