UPS

Under Power Options > UPS tab, I see a warning that UPS is currently
stopped. How do I fix this problem.... or do I need to?

Do you have an uninterruptable power source? If not do nothing.

Nope, it's not critical. UPS stands for Uninterruptable Power Supply. It's
equipment that switches from the well plug to battery power if your power
should go out. Have a look at apc.com if you're curious at all.
