UPS discharging

I keep getting these messages that say a UPS device is
charging and discharging.. but I dont own a UPS... I
tried running a few things but I cant figure it out.. any
Ideas?

Turn off the Uninterruptible Power Service (run "services.msc"). If
that doesn't do it, run msconfig.exe and check what you have loading at
startup. Maybe you installed some client software for a UPS.
