Uploading website

I have created a website in FrontPage 2002.
My server ( Freeserver.com) doe not support FrontPage
Server extensions.

I am having to upload my website, file by file which is a
pain but I also lose links and some style this way.

Is there any way I can upload the website as presented in
FrontPage using publish command. When I use this command
it gives me an error.
If you had this proble I appreciate a step by step
solution.

Without extensions, you must FTP your site.
