what version of frontpage? FP2002 and 2003 have the file upload component.

Insert the "File" field through Insert > Form as normal

Right click the field, give it a name as usual.

Then right click the form and go to properties, and depending on the
various options you have it should have one tab labelled "File UPload" and
it is in that area that you specify the folder to load to.

Your host must support the FP2002 extensions and have turned on anonymous
uploading.

The limitations might be the type of file the host allows you to upload and
the file size (maximum siz, 1meg) which might rule out doing this with MP3
files.

Requires Windows hosted Server that allows/support it
