Uploading Excel file on-line

Is it possible to upload an excel document to a web-host and to allo
certain users to edit the file real-time? I have a database o
employees,and it would be wonderful if certain employees could simpl
go to our website and change certain values -without- having t
re-upload the modified file using FTP and so on.

In other words, i need the user to go to the website, enter thei
login, edit the file, and simply log out.

Is this easily possible

Google has this. I'm using it for something similar.
