UPGRADING

Should I just purchase a Windows XP Pro. upgrade, if I already have Windows Xp Home Edition installed on my pc? I want to upgrade as soon as possible. Also, my computer is running kind of sluggish, and I keep getting a message saying that my computer is low on virtual memory. Do I need to get more memory? Is this what the message is trying to tell me?
