Upgrading XP Home SP2 to XP Pro

Hello,

I would like toi use the Remote Desktop feature on my three machine LAN,
which currently uses XP Home SP2. I understand that I need to run XP Pro
for this to work. Are there any issues I should bear in mind when upgrading
the OS? Or is it just a case of put the disk in and let it get on with it?

Just put the CD in........as with ANY major update, always backup first,
just in case.......
 
Thanks Gordon for your quick reply. I use Ghost to back up all my systems
daily to external HDs, so I agree totally with your wise words.
