upgrading to powerpoint 2003

i have recently upgraded to powerpoint 2003 and have gone to edit some files
with charts in them and it comes up with an error message "The Microsoft
Organisation Chart Server applicaiton cant be found." i was wondering how i
get round this?? is there a plugin or something i need to install on a server?
