Upgrading Primary Hard Drive with Vista OS

I would like to upgrade my primary hard drive and migrate data, applications,
drivers, settings, with minimal pain. Any suggestions?

I have Windows Vista Ultimate and Dell XPS 410 with a SATA 350GB hard drive.
I would like to replace the existing 350GB hard drive with a faster SATA
750GB hard drive.

Should I use the Windows Complete Backup that comes with Vista, Symantec
Save & Restore, Symantec Ghost, other?

Will it matter that I will be restoring to a new hard drive that is much
larger than the old hard drive ?

What is the best procedure for this?

Either use TrueImage HOME )version 11.0 build 8,027) OR the utility supplied
by the drive manufacturer. This utility is included with all retail drives
that I have ever purchased.

If you purchased an OEM drive, go to the manufacturers web site and download
the utility and install it on the proper bootable media for your computer.
