Upgrading from Outlook 2000 -> 2002

I have Outlook 2000 installed under Windows 2000 and have installed
ActiveSync from my iPAQ CD-ROM.

This same CD recommends you to upgrade your existing Outlook to Outlook
2002.

As I have a perfectly good working Outlook 2000 installation so far I have
resisted the temptation to upgrade but feel now is the time.

Are there any issues I should be aware of when doing the Outlook 2000->2002
upgrade?

I recently removed an old Office 2000 SBE and installed a full Office 2000
Professional and Outlook retained all of my settings (much to my surprise:-)

Will the upgrade from 2000->2002 be a painless affair or there any pitfalls
to look out for?

I'm sure there are others, but here are two I can think of:

1) If you're not upgrading the rest of the Office suite to 2002, you'll
lose some interoperability between those programs and Outlook. For
instance, you wouldn't be able to use Word as your e-mail editor, nor would
you be able to do a mail merge between Word and Outlook.

2) If you have been using Net Folders to share data with other Outlook
users, you won't be able to use them in Outlook 2002 -- the Net Folders
feature was discontinued.
