Upgrading database from Access 97 to Access 2K

Sometime ago I updated an access 97 db to access 2K and all worked fine. Upon loading my database I recieve the following: There is no object in this control.

o

"The expression On Load you entered as the event property produced the following error: Object or class does not support the set of events. The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a user-defined function, or [Event Procedure]. There may have been an error evaluating the function, event, or macro.

It works fine on other PCs in which I have Win2K and Access 2K loaded. Any advice on howto solve this problem would be greatly appreciated

In our applications, that message indicates a references problem
(Tools, References).

Literally, the message means that the event could not instantiate and
execute the class described by the code-behind-form. Sometimes
it indicates database corruption (corruption of the VBA project)
instead of a references problem.
