Upgrade to Winternals Administrator's Pak

Hello,

I am a freelance consultant and heavy user of Winternals Administrator Pak.

I understand that Microsoft acquired Winternals and is offering the upgrade
as "Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack for Software Assurance".

I would like to purchase the upgrade. However, I have browsed over
Microsoft's site extensively and have not found clear instructions on how to
go about buying the upgrade. I also don't see it for sale from any vendors.

Could someone please give me clear, simple instructions on how to get my
upgrade?
