Upgrade to 2000 Pro - Outlook problem

Outlook was working in Win 98 mode, but when I upgraded
to 2000 Pro, it no longer opens. I get the message:

Teh procedure entry point WNETENumCACHEDpasswords could
not be located in the dynamic link library MPR.dll

Anyone understand and can provide a fix?
