Upgrade Outlook 2000 to 2007

I have an Exchange user that is running Outlook 2000 and I need to upgrade
her to 2007. Does someone know the complete upgrade procedure for this type
of upgrade? Aside from the new interface and features, i need everything to
work as it did in Outlook 2000.

Uninstall Outlook 2000, install Outlook 2007, create a new mail profile that
points to the Exchange server and you should be all set.
