What is the proper procedure for upgrading NFR Win 2000 Server to full
retail?

We have obtained a full copy of retail product; when we started install, it
only prompted as though existing install would be over-written.

Do not want to lose installed apps, printers, defined users if it can be
avoided.

From Within Windows, run \I386\WINNT32.EXE from the CD-ROM, with appropriate switches.
