upgrade group policy for XP sp2

Hi,

I currently have 2003 domain controllers and 2000 professional desktops. We
are looking to upgrade the desktops to XP sp2. I found a document from
Microsoft about the new group policy changes and it points to a script that
will upgrade the policies but the link just takes me to the scripting
repository and I can't find a script that will do that. How to I get the new
group policy settings to show in my current setup?
