Upgrade from Word -2003 to -2007

Is that something I can do from my own machine, or do I have to go to my
dealer to buy the new version?
 
You can buy an upgrade version of Office 2007 or Word 2007 at office
superstores, Best Buy, or anywhere else that sells software.
