Upgrade from Windows ME to Windows XP

If I want to install Windows XP Home will I need to
uninstall Windows ME or can I just install Windows XP.

Yes , you can do this , the only thing that I found was to uninstall
norton anti-virus BEFORE the upgrade then re-install it after ... Do a
compatability report too ..... Total

DO you need just the upgarde or the full install of XP?
