Does Microsoft have an upgrade available for the stand-alone Outlook 2002
program an upgrade to 2003?

No, you must purchase the full version as there is no upgrade path for
Outlook.

I believe I've seen one, but it would be cheaper to buy it at a software
retailer like Staples or CompUSA than to buy it directly from Microsoft.
