Upgrade from Excel 95 to 2002 ?

I am using Excel 95 on my Pentium I computer. I have recently begun doing a lot
more work on Excel, and I was wondering if I can upgrade to 2002 without a
problem, or were there any interim upgrades between 95 and 2002 which I must have?

Any other problems I should watch out for if upgrading?

If your question is "will the xl95 files work on xl2002" the answer is yes.
Any macros will now be in the visual basic editor instead of as a sheet on
the file. I have a client that I write a large workbook for and many of
their users have only xl95 so I have to design to that version and then test
on xl97 and xl2002.
