Upgrade from 2003 to 2007; Where are the Macros

I used to use two types of macros in Access 2003, both of which were very
helpful. I can't seem to find them in Access 2007. Thay were DeleteObject
and TransferSpreadsheet. Did MS do away with these two macros in Access
2007? Please tell me where to find them if they are in the '07 version.
