upgrade from 2000 to 2003

I migrated from 2000 sp4 to 2003 r2 last night.
It seems that active directory is replicating changes.
In the sysvol folder there is now the following folders:
Policies
Polices_NTFRS_008d22d
Scripts
Scripts_NTFRS_0009ac22

These were not here before the upgrade.
Any ideas what they are?
do they require any attention?
