Upgrade 2000 - 2003

Hi All,

Can anyone please advise whether the following makes sense and how much it
costs:

1. Upgrade Windows Advanced Server 2000 -> Windows 2003 Server SE
2. Upgrade Windows Server 2000 -> Windows 2003 Server SE

The question is on item 1: If I insert the CD for Windows 2003 Server SE
into the WAS 2000 computer will the installation program inform me that I
need to use the Enterprise Edition of 2003.

I wish to add another question:

Can a 2003 DC peer coexist peacefully in a predominantly 2000 DC peer domain
i.e. can I upgrade gradually one server at a time?
