Updating worksheet

I currently have an excel spreadsheet which queries an access databas
and returns the results into a sheet where the data is analysed an
stats are produced. I am also returning data to the stats sheet as
helper column to enable certain calculations
This has worked previously but i have changed the database from whic
it queries and all i get in the stats sheet is a lot of #N/A's wher
previously the data has been
 
Hi,

It's difficult to say what's happened - what, exactly,
did you change in the database? name? location? or
columns? Do the #N/As now show in calculated or
formula cells? if so, check the data coming in - may
no longer be a valid datatype for the formulas.

Post back with a bit more info.

Just clarifying...what database are you using (Access)?
Also, when you say you changed the database...do you mean
the DATA in the database or the database program
itself..like going from Access to SQL?
 
It is an access database, the name hasnt changedthe only thing i have
done is deleted the data that is fed in to the spreadsheet. Just
checked the tools/options menu and calculation was manual changed that
and it works! tried it yesterday and it didnt?? works now anyway
cheers!!
