Updating Windows

I want to know whether the patches released before SP2 are required to be
installed after applying the SP2.
Is there a way I can find out the list of patches released after SP2.
Updating the patches on several machines is very difficult since its
requires manual work.I cannot afford the windows SUS or SMS.
I want to create a network share point and write the batch file.
But how can I check whether the patch is already applied so that I don't
have reapply it.Need help on that.

No. They are all included with SP2.
