I'm upgrading from Microsoft Office 2000 to Microsoft Office xp (both small
business versions). Is it possible to transfer my Outlook calendar,
contacts, etc. to the new version???

Thank you!

If you are upgrading on the same machine, then the transfer of data should
happen automatically. But, as in all computing operations, BACKUP anyway,
just in case!

Thank you. But after I install Office XP and open Outlook, I receive the
following message: Unable to open your default email folders. The .DLL file
for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the
information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed
and configured.

It then asks if I want to open my default file system folder instead. Any
ideas??
