Hello,
I burned a copy of a database to update at home.
Now I want to put the updated info into the original database.
Can someone tell me how to do this???

That would depend on what info you updated. If it is data in tables, you can
link the tables, and use update and append queries. If you have modified
other objects, you can use File | Get External Data | Import to bring them
in after deleting the original. Be sure to make a backup copy before you
start replacing either data or database objects.
