Updating nForce 4 drivers

When at the nVidia site and am downloading nForce4 drivers for the
motherboard in the install hints it says to uninstall the graphics drivers
first. Is this only appropriate when installing new graphics card drivers or
do I need to do this for motherboard chipsets as well?? Thanks

I have never done this in 4 years of using nForce boards. Never had a
problem when installing the new by doing so. This is "my" experience. Yours
may vary.
