Updating Master Category List

I am having difficulties updating our master category list to all of our
users.

I maintain the list on my computer (which runs XP) and when updating this on
the registry, it doesn't always up date all users.

Following investigation, it appears that when I last tried to update the
list to all users, it updated everyone apart from users running Windows 2000.


Is there a way that these users can have the updated list too?
