Updating file MSVCRT.Dll to new verison

I had to reload windows 2k prof. and now I'm having
problem with the msvcrt.dll, every program is stating that
this is the wrong verison...
4.20.0.6164
Can any one help me...

It's been years since I've seen a msvcrt version conflict, are you
running a really ond application ? If it's giving you a choice I't
take the newest version.
