Updating field shown on report automatically with update on table

I have crosstab querry giving miles driven by each vehicle in each month. I
want the report to show the new months and the mileages as they are added in
table.

its like
veh no Month1 Month2 ...
[Num] [miles] [miles]

So I want to add a new field for Month3, 4...etc as they are added in the
log sheet.
Can it be done?
