updating error 80070103

I keep getting "Intel Corporation driver update for Mobile Internet(R) 945
Express chipset family" in my windows update,
and it keeps giving me error code 80070103, which states that I already have
a better version of this driver... but I use Windows Vista Home Premium,
which does NOT allow me to say "no, i do not want this update, dont show it
again"

how do I make this update go away? (stop bothering me with its constant
attempts at updating itself and failing)

Hi: This Onboard Intel Q965 / Q963 Video card requires a manual install from
within the Device Manager - only! Firstly, after your Windows Vista has done
the updates, then uninstall the Microsoft Intel Q965/Q963 Video Chipset that
got installed by Microsoft from within the Control Panel, then you may do the
Microsoft Windows Update of this Graphics Card! After completion. This Intel
program exe file must then be extracted into a temp directory or another
location upon your hard drive, then after an Intel download, from within the
Device Manager select the location of these extracted files upon your hard
drive within Vista, only! It cannot be installed from double click of this
program exe file download even from Intel Corporation or from a Microsoft
Windows Updates at all. Thanks. Xenophon.
