Updating Data from Access

If I create a standard pivot table with specific parameters to pull
information from Microsoft Access can it be updated without any
additional manipulation?
 
Right-click on a cell in the pivot table, and choose Table Options
Set the pivot table to Refresh on open or to Refresh every xx minutes.
