Updating control source in form design

I've created a form for data input. I've added a few data
fields to my table, but when I try to add those fields to
my form, they don't show up. How can I refresh this?

You have probably set yur Form's Record Source to a query
specifying a spcific set of fields. Open the form in
design view and either click the drop down to choose the
whole tbale or click the elipse (...) button to build the
query and manually add the fields and save the property
back when you close the query builder.
