Updating another calendar

Does anyone know how to update someone else's calendar (in an office environment) with appointments on your own calendar. For example, if an employee makes an appointment, can that appointment show up on a group calendar? or someone else's calendar?

No, this functionality is not available in Exchange 2000 or 2003. You might
look to a third party option.
