When I select the updates to install....the agreement
appears; however, there is no way to accept. The usual
blocks are missing. Suggestions
 
Right on the desktop, click Properties, click Settings, click the Advanced
box, click General Tab, set DPI to 96.

You must be logged on as administrator to be able to

check that box. I ran into the same problem when working
on a pc that was running 98SE. Set up a user account.
