Updates Don't Stick

When I check for updates I am informed that Build 1525 is
being updated to 1533. The next time I check for updates,
I get the same message/information. Am I doing/not doing

Hello,

1 Close MSAS
2 Delete C:\windows\system32\gcUnCompress.dll
3 Delete all the files in the Internet temp folder, or download
Ccleaner and let Ccleaner do the Job for you!

4 Download the latest build version of MSAS (version .615)
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...A2-6A57-4C57-A8BD-DBF62EDA9671&displaylang=en
5 Then run the new version, chose upgrade.
6 You can check in MSAS/help/diagnostics if you have the .615 build
