Updateing

My copy of AntiSpyware keep updating from 5731 to 5739 (much faster than
normal), installing (successfully) but next time I update, it repeats the
same update. Any suggestions of how to get this update to download and
install?

In control panel Internet Options, empty your Temporary Internet Files.
Then open MSAS and try updating the MSAS definitions.

and temporary IE folder solves nothing.
