updated to 2007 and can't assign colors to exisiting categories

In outlook 2003 I had set up several categories for contacts... I would like
to assign colors to them under the new 2007 update but can't figure out how
to do that.

Select one contact, on the toolbar click the categorize button, then on 'All
Categories'.
