Update XP2 and Hotfixes (SP2) Q814995 , Q819696)

Do the 2 Windows XP SP2 Hotfixes , Q814995 and Q819696 , need to be
removed before the installation of the SP2 pack installation . Those 2
hotfixes are the only SP2 hotfixes in the Add or Remove Programs list . Please
