Update Window Always On Top

I'm running Win 2K an when the program is downloading and
installing updates a very large dialog box with progress
meters is always on top in the lower right screen corner.

This is EXTREMELY annoying and makes it almost impossible
to continue working until it is done.

This would be a good thing to fix!
