Update VBA code

This formula worked fine before I added the blank black shaded rows that
occur every 13 rows. Can anyone help me update the code to give the
correct answers in column O, with this new addition. See attachment.

Can anyone help me update the code. It works without the black shaded
row but needs to work with the black shaded row. Basiscally the code
must ignore the black shaded row that occurs every 13 rows in the
chart. The code list the results in the O column. See chart attachment.
